Non-Monogamy, ENM & Relationship by Design

Thinking about opening your relationship, exploring polyamory, or navigating non-monogamy?

These shifts can bring up a lot of emotions (and they're all welcome here, bring your mess in) jealousy, insecurity, mismatched desires, or questions about boundaries and consent. 

Together, we focus on helping you get clear on what you want, build agreements that feel grounded and mutual, and strengthen communication so your relationship can hold both connection and autonomy.

4-Hour Deep Dive

Have something that needs to be addressed now not stretched out over weeks of sessions?

A 4-hour couples therapy intensive is designed to take one specific conflict, topic, or stuck dynamic and work through it head-on. We stay with it long enough to really understand what’s happening, process what’s underneath it, and begin shifting the pattern in real time.

This is a great fit if you want clarity, movement, and a deeper sense of resolution around something that feels important. 

Sex & Intimacy;Desire, Connection, Kink & Exploration

Intimacy can be one of the most vulnerable parts of a relationship and one of the hardest to talk about. Whether you’re navigating mismatched desire, wanting to rebuild connection, exploring kink, or opening up new dynamics, this is a space for honest, non-judgmental conversation.

We’ll work toward an intimate connection that feels more aligned, consensual, and connected for both (or all) of you.

 Life Transitions;New Baby, Identity Shifts, Major Changes

Big changes like having a baby, coming out, navigating gender or identity shifts, moving, or changing careers can shake up even strong relationships. Even when the change is wanted, it can bring disconnection, conflict, or anxiety.

 

In couples therapy, we make space for both of your experiences. We slow things down enough to understand what’s shifting underneath the surface, and support you in staying connected to each other while everything else is changing.

Short-Term Therapy

(4-6 90min sessions)

Not every couple needs to be in therapy long-term.

Short-term couples therapy (typically 6–8 sessions) is a focused space to work through a specific issue like communication struggles, recurring conflict, or a recent stressor without committing to ongoing care. We’ll identify the pattern quickly, get underneath what’s driving it, and support you in making real shifts so you can move forward with more clarity, connection, and practical tools.

 

These sessions are structured for efficiency and include a check in 1-2mo following our sessions. 

Relationships are where we feel the most connected and sometimes the most stuck. I offer couples therapy and relationship therapy for partners who want something to shift. Whether you’re navigating conflict, a big transition, or just feeling disconnected, this is a space to slow things down and actually understand what’s happening between you. My work is attachment-based, experiential, and queer-affirming. I work with couples, polycules, and non-traditional relationships, and I’m especially attuned to identity, nervous systems, and the real-life messy that often shows up in relationships.

All couples, relational, and family therapy is private pay only. My full rate is $200 per one hour session (superbills are avaialable)
